Aha! Yes I did! I took a shortcut and used my green chutney to make these delicious dal vadas.

What a great blog! I spent time in Jodhpur and Bangalore during college and acquired a taste for Indian food. Now I'm married to a chef who happens to work in an Indian "fusion" restaurant.
