It's great for making pasta sauces. You could use tomato sauce in my mutter paneer but I prefer to use tomato paste for a more concentrated flavor and also because it is thicker and has no spices.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5156654.post-1143239811890276792006-03-24T15:36:00.000-07:002006-03-24T15:36:00.000-07:00I tried ur mutter paneer recipe and it was a hit. ...I tried ur mutter paneer recipe and it was a hit. Of course, nothing compares with fresh home-made paneer or the paneer that I used to buy from the local dudhwala bhaiya in Versova.;-)

I've tried Deep and it crumbled far too easily. As did another nondescript brand that was available at the Indian grocer's.

Paneer freezes well so I always keep a block in my freezer.Indian Food Rockshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13397829480472038159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5156654.post-1126402018612109332005-09-10T19:26:00.000-06:002005-09-10T19:26:00.000-06:00thank you for the recipe. i used to buy other pane...thank you for the recipe. i used to buy other paneers, but since i used NANAK PANEER, i have not bought other paneers.
